根据对绵阳市地方高等级公路多年来的监理工作,按照质量、进度、费用三大目标以及组织协调的要求,结合江油市万阿公路监理的实际情况,就路基施工、软基处理、台背处理、混凝土路面施工等方面探讨了对地方高等级公路施工监理的管理体会。
