摘要
叙述了扑灭初期火灾的重要性,对目前建筑内主要的初期火灾灭火技术进行了探讨,并分析了初期火灾消防技术措施在使用中存在的问题,指出应充分发挥人的主观能动作用,以有效提高火灾扑救率。
The importance to extinguish initial fire is mentioned. According to initial fire hazards in buildings corresponding fire protection measures are discussed. Questions existed in fire protection process for initial fire hazards are analyzed. Author points out that the subjective initiative of man should be developed to increase fire extinguishing and ratio and reduce casualty rate.
