摘要
设计开发装盒机的软管下料机构的目的是解决目前国内软管装盒速度的瓶颈,克服现有全自动软管装盒机下料机构所存在的缺陷。上下2层落管机构应用电机驱动正反旋转的折页板,以适合不同型号的软管下落,同步带传动机构和曲柄连杆机构控制的落管机构伺服跟踪装盒机的船舱,从而达到软管进船准确并可任意调整、结构经济简单、动作平稳可靠、高速自动的结果,适合现代化大规模生产结构,使之更具有经济性和适用性。
The purpose of developing loading device of soft tube cartoner was to break the speed limitation and the defects of existing product. The motor-driven swinging folding plates were applied to double tube dropping units to suit various sizes of tubes. Tube dropping units controlled by synchronous belts driven unit and connecting rod traces the carton's vacancy, making loading simple and stable, accurate and adjustable. It suits for modem mass production.
