摘要
用石油醚、氯仿、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇对蛇含全草95%乙醇提取物进行分段萃取,采用大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、枯草杆菌、藤黄微球菌作为受试菌,测定各萃取部分的抑菌活性。结果表明,乙酸乙酯萃取物具有良好的抑菌活性,特别对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑制效果显著,最小抑菌浓度(M IC)≤0.33mg/mL。
The extract of 95 % ethanol from Potentilla kleiniana Wight et Am. had been extracted by petroleum ether , chloroform , ethyl acetate and n-butanol orderly. The anti-bacterial activity of the extractions was tested by the Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus , Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Bacillus-subtilis and Micrococcus luteus, and studied the antibacterial activity of every extractions. The results showed that the extract by ethyl acetate is the main active compound, which have strong antibacterial effect on staphylococcus aureus. The minimal inhibitory concentration (MIC) ≤0.33mg/mL.
