摘要
建立了原子荧光谱法同时测定食品中砷和汞的方法,测定砷和汞的最佳条件为检出限:砷(As)0.082ng/mL,汞(Hg)0.0048ng/mL;线性范围砷(As)0ng/mL~20ng/mL,相关系数r=0.9987;汞(Hg)0ng/mL~8ng/mL,相关系数r=1.000;样品加标回收率:砷(As)99.10%~100.10%,汞(Hg)99.29%~101.29%。
In the present study, a method was developed to determine the contents of arsenic and mercury in food simultaneously based on atomic fluorescence spectrometry. It was found that the detectiom limits were 0.082 ng/ml for arsenic and 0.0048 ng/ml for mercury, and the linear calibration curves for arsenic were within the range of 0-20 ng/ml (r = 0.9987) and for mercury 0-8 ng/ml (r = 1.000). The recovery rates of spiking standards for arsenic and mercury were in the range of 99.10%-100.10% and 99.29%-101.29%, respectively.
