摘要
研究芳纶帘线在轿车子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明,芳纶轮胎的外缘尺寸和强度均满足国家标准要求,与正常生产轮胎相比,芳纶轮胎的质量可减小10%,滚动阻力可降低10%以上,并具有优异的高速性能,满足绿色环保轮胎的要求。
The application of aramid cord in PCR tire was investigated. The results showed that the overall dimensions and strength of aramid tire met the requirements in the national standard; the tire weight reduced by 10% and the rolling resistance was 10% lower than that of normal tire. The speed performance of the tire was very good,met the requirements for green tire.
