摘要
中国石化洛阳石化工程公司采用中国石化抚顺石油化工研究院开发的缓和湿式氧化工艺,对原废碱渣处理装置进行了改造。由于其他单位应用时,湿式氧化反应器与洗涤塔之间的管线存在严重堵塞现象,因此对该工艺进行了改进:氧化反应器与洗涤塔间距缩小至4m左右;氧化反应器操作温度降为180℃;将氧化用压缩空气量提高为原工艺指标的1.2~1.3倍;将废碱渣中含碱质量分数提高到7%以上。经过近1年的运行,装置运转正常,废碱渣脱硫率达99.9%以上。
The original unit for alkaline residue was revamped in Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation using a mild wet oxidation process developed by Fushun Research Institute Petroleum Petrochemical technology. And the process was improved due to the serious blocking problem of the tube set between the oxidation reactor and the washing tower, which occurred in other units. The distance between the reactor and the washing tower was shortened to 4 m, and the operation temperature of the reactor was decreased to 180 ℃. The amount of the compress air was increased by 1.2 - 1.3 times of the original index value. The alkali mass fraction in alkaline residue was increased to above 7%. After running nearly one year, the unit has worked better and the desulfuration present of alkaline residue was over 99.9 %.
