摘要
当十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、原硅酸四乙酯、NaOH、H2O以摩尔比为0.12∶1.00∶0.24∶60.00混合后,加入硝酸镍、杂多酸硅钨酸(SiW12),采用等体积浸渍法,可制备Ni-SiW12/MCM-41催化剂。在连续固定床反应器上,考察了催化剂在正庚烷异构化反应中的催化性能。结果表明,在Ni物种质量分数为4%,SiW12质量分数为30%,还原温度为400℃,反应温度为300℃的条件下,Ni-SiW12/MCM-41催化活性为18.8%,异构化选择性为74.4%。
Catalyst Ni - SiW,JMCM - 41 was prepared by using equal volume impregnation method under the conditions of mole ratio of cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide/tetraethyl orthosilicate/sodium hydroxide/water 0. 12/1.00/0.24/60.00 and then mixing with nickel nitrate and heteropolyacid SiW,2. After that, the property of catalyst for n - heptane isomerization was inverstigated in a fixed -bed reactor. The results showed that the activity of Ni -SiW12/MCM -41 -was 18.8% , and the isomer- ization selectivity was 74.4% at the mass fraction of Ni and SiW12 4% , 30% respectively and the reduction temperature 400 ℃, the reaction temperature 300℃.
