复杂性区域疼痛综合征 被引量：4

摘要 复杂性区域疼痛综合征（complex regional pain syndrome，CRPS）也称反射性交感神经营养小良（reflex sympathetic dystrophy，RSD），是骨科临床上较少见的一种并发症。其主要特征是损伤后数天或数周发生的手或足部疼痛、萎缩、水肿、僵硬以及局限性骨质萎缩，可引起肢体严重的病残，容易被人们忽视 。
