摘要
目的:观察中药及推按运经仪对梗阻性胆管炎患者血清内毒素及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:将75例病人随机分成对照组、中药组及中药加运经仪组,对照组仅进行内镜治疗,中药组行内镜及中药治疗,中药加运经仪组行内镜、中药及推按运经仪治疗,测定3组患者治疗后血清内毒素含量及超氧化物岐化酶活力并作组间比较。结果:血清内毒素含量:对照组>中药组>中药加运经仪组;超氧化物岐化酶活力:对照组<中药组<中药加运经仪组。结论:内镜配合中药及推按运经仪治疗梗阻性胆管炎具有较好疗效。
Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect of Chinese traditional medicine and Tuian Yunjinyi （TAYJY） in the treatment of patients suffered from acute obstructive cholangitis （AOC）. Methods ： 75 patients in AOC underwent EST were devided randomly into 3 groups ：25 of them treated by endoscopic therapy（ control group alone） ; and other 25 of them treated by Chinese traditional medicine with endoscopic therapy（ Chinese traditional medicine combined therapy group） ,and other 25 of them treated by Chinese traditional medicine and TAYSY with endoscopic therapy（ TAYJY com- bined therapy group）. Results： the results showed that the level of endotoxin was obviously reduced in the combined therapy group compared with control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） ;significant increases of superoxide dismutase（SOD） activity and level were found in the combined therapy group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： Endoscopic therapy combined with Chinese traditional medicine and TAYJY have better effect for treation AOC
