摘要
从外汇储备的需求出发,建立模型,试图找出适合我国外汇储备适度规模的测算方法,探讨我国外汇储备规模的适度性问题,得出我国存在较大规模的超额外汇储备的结论。进一步分析了近年来我国外汇储备增长强劲的原因。最后对我国保有适度外汇储备、优化外汇储备规模提出了相关的政策建议。
A model was buik in this paper from the view of the demand of foreign exchange reserve trying to find out the calculation method of the appropriate scale. A conclusion was drawn that China held huge extra foreign exchange reserve by discussing the moderate scale. Furthermore, the paper analysed the reasons of the forceful increase of foreign exchange reserve and put forward policy propossls to keep an appropriate scale.
