摘要
分别研究了LLDPE、CPE、EVA和SBR对HDPE低发泡结构泡沫材料的增韧效果,考察了不同增韧剂用量对制品性能及外观的影响。结果表明,所选几种增韧剂对HDPE结构泡沫都有明显的增韧作用,在一定的用量范围(质量分数10%~20%)不但保持了力学强度,还大大提高了材料的抗弯曲性能,其中以SBR体系较为理想,添加质量分数为10%的SBR时,材料冲击强度可提高到原来的4倍多,添加20%时,冲击强度可达到原来的9倍左右,并且所制泡沫质量均一,易于控制。增韧剂使材料的流动性下降,以CPE为甚。
s The toughening effect of LLDPE,CPE,EVA and SBR on HDPE structural low foam is studied respectively in this paper,the effect of the content of different tougheners on the property and outward appearance of the product is also studied.The results showed the tougheners used had obvious toughening effect on HDPE structural foams,keeping the mechanical strength unchanged and increasing the bending strength of the product when the toughener content was in a suitable range(mass parts 10%~20%).SBR system was the ideal toughener among the above mentioned tougheners,and when the content of it was 10%(mass part),the impact stength of the product increased by more than 4 times,and when the content was 20%,the impact stength could increase by 9 times,and the prepared foams had homogeneous and controlled foam structure.The use of toughener,espacially the use of CPE,made the flowability of the product decreased,but the decrease caused by dynamic vulcanized SBR system was not obivous.
