摘要
目前在我国刑事诉讼中,证人作证率、出庭率低已经成为制约我国审判改革的羁绊。司法制度的不完善、对证人保护不力应是导致这种现象发生的重要原因之一。结合对外国证人保护工作进行比较分析,力图对构建我国的证人保护制度有所启示。
In criminal lawsuits in China, the low witness rate and witnesses＇appearance rate have been fetters to the justice reform. The faultiness of judicial system, and weak protection over witnesses are important reasons lead to such phenomena. Compared with witness protect system in foreign countries, this essay relates some useful points on constructing the witness protect system in China.
