摘要
通过对合同管理前提的分析,提出了合同管理的重要性,并从建立健全规章制度、加强合同管理人员的培训教育、履行监督和结算管理等方面探讨了合同管理的注意事项,从而实现项目管理的目标。
Through analyzing the precondition of contract management, it puts forward the importance of it, and discusses the attention problems of it from building sound rules and regulations, strengthening the training instruction to contract management people, carrying out the supervision and balance management, to make the target of program management come true.
