摘要
现代物流快速发展急需大批物流工程技术人才,我国物流工程人才缺乏,是因为物流工程人才的教育培养没有跟上经济发展的需要,物流工程人才属于复合型人才,不但要掌握工程专业知识,还要对所在岗位所涉及到的其他专业技能有熟练的运用能力。文章围绕高校物流工程人才的培养,针对物流工程专业培养目标定位、物流工程专业师资力量的加强、物流工程专业课程体系的优化三个方面进行了探讨与研究。着重于探讨物流工程专业课程体系的优化,着眼于拓宽基础、突出创新、注重能力,课程体系向综合化发展,整个课程体系形成一个有机整体,避免相互割裂或重复讲授,课程内容将依据不同的培养要求而设置。
At present, large numbers of person with ability of logistic engineering are in need with the shortage of person with ability in this field is because the cultivation didn＇t follow the step of economic development. Persons with ability of logistic engineering should not only master the major knowledge of logistic engineering, but also handle other major technology skillfully. This paper enclosed such issue as cultivation of person with ability of logistic engineering, probed into three aspects such as cultivation aim, strengthening the construction of persons qualified to teach and optimizing systematic courses. To optimize the systematic courses is the key we discussed. In this discussion, we setup courses according as different cultivating requirement on the base of opening up the base, giving prominence to innovation and paying attention to ability.
