摘要
运用文献分析、问卷调查、访谈和数理统计等方法,对福建省高校学生体育社团现状进行调查,结果表明,福建省高校学生体育社团过半成立于2001年之后,生成模式以自发型为主流。从总体上看,多数社团活动开展的现状不够理想。主要表现为经费不足,技术指导薄弱,成员梯队结构不够合理,管理体制和运行机制滞后等方面。建议福建省高校学生体育社团的发展应进一步争取领导的重视,多渠道筹集资金,完善管理体制,同时加强体育骨干力量培养,积极开展特色项目。
Based on documentation, investigation, interview, mothematical statistics etc., this thesis made a systematics study on the current situation of the student sports unites in the universities of Fujian province, the resuits show that： more than half of these sports unites were established in 2001 and took shape spontaneously. Overall, most of these sports unites developed not well for short of funds, the technique guidance is weak, the member structure is not enough reasonable, the managerial system and the operational mechanism are backward. To alter the situation, these sports unites must strive for more supports from the government, find ways to raise funds, perfect management system, bring up more core members and to develop special items.
