摘要 介绍了连续油管过油管射孔(CTCP)技术在渤海某井成功应用的情况。连续油管作业设备主要由驱动导向系统、防井喷系统、动力源、滚筒等组成。CTCP作业采用无枪身射孔枪,井口加压引爆;其技术关键是压力点火头与枪之间的可靠密封连接,引爆后的可靠传爆,点火头上端设置弱点接头,根据需要实施管柱安全保障和必要时弃枪的预案。作业结果表明,CTCP适合于大斜度井、水平井以及无井架井的射孔作业,全部作业过程不需要任何钻具,在施工期间可防止井喷,可实现负压射孔;在高压气井作业时其安全性高于过油管射孔和电缆射孔。这次CTCP作业为国内服务公司应用CTCP技术提供了参考。 Introduced is a successful application job of coiled tubing convey perforating (CTCP) technology in a well of Bohai Sea. The CTCP operating equipment is composed of driving/guiding system, blowout control system, power supply, drum, etc.. The CTCP job utilizes body-free perforating gun and pressure firing at surface, its key techniques are reliable sealing connection, reliable explosive train, vulnerable connector setting on the top of the pressure firing head to actualize pipe safeguard scheme or to discard the gun if necessary. Result of the job shows that CTCP is suitable for perforation in highly deviated well, horizontal well and well with no derrick; no any drilling tool is needed in its operation; negative pressure perforating can be realized; its safety in high pressure gas well is higher than that of tubing perforation and wireline perforation. The CTCP job experience can be a reference for other domestic service company.
