摘要
目的研究全效感冒康片质量标准。方法建立连翘、陈皮、桔梗、甘草的薄层色谱(TLC)鉴别方法和牛蒡子苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)含量测定方法。结果定性方法能检出连翘、陈皮、桔梗、甘草。含量测定牛蒡子苷在0.40-1.20μg之间有良好的线性范围,相关系数R2=0.9991;回收率为97.54%,RSD为2.44%(n=5)。结论该方法适用于全效感冒康片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish the quality standard for Quanxiaoganmaokang tablet. METHODS Forsythia, Chan films, campanulaceae and licorice were identified by TLC.Arctiin was determined by an HPLC method. RESULTS Forsythia, Chan films, campanulaeeae and licorice could be detected by qualitative methods.A good linear relationship between peak area and concentration of arctiin was founded at the range of 0.40- 1.20μg with a correlation coefficient of R^2= 0. 9991. The average recovery of arctiin was 97.54 % and RSD was 2.44 % （n = 5）.CONCULSlON The method can be used for the quality control of Quanxiaoganmaokang tablet.
