摘要
宋代的制瓷水平在历史上达到了高潮,无论釉色还是造型都形成了鲜明的时代特色。而宋代景德镇的青白瓷更是以其温润如玉的釉色,典雅秀美的造型深受后人的关注。饮食器作为青白瓷中的主要种类,造型品种也多种多样,针对主要的品种的不同功用作了分析,并从中总结出其造型意识一般为对自然界的事物的模仿或对古物如金银器的模仿,对前代已有器型的改善与继承,和一些新器型的创新。这些研究也为我们今后的饮食器设计提供了良好的借鉴。
In the history of the Song Dynasty porcelain has reached a climax,regardless of shape and Youse have formed a distinct characteristics of the times. The green white porcelain from Jingdezhen city in Song Dynasty is concerned many future generations by its warm, beautiful and elegant shape. And the implement for diet have many different model as the main kind in green white porcelain.This paper is about the different Function of the main Variety,and find that its Consciousness of Modeling is generally imitate the things of nature or Antiquities like Gold and silver wares.Its Modeling not only improve the old ones also have some innovation.And all above also Provide us some good reference for our future design of diet Apparatus.
