快速冷却条件下螺杆轴向振动对HDPE挤出制品拉伸性能的影响

EFFECT OF SCREW AXIAL VIBRATION ON TENSILE STRENGTH OF HDPE EXTRUSION PRODUCTS UNDER RAPID COOLING CONDITION

摘要 采用电磁动态塑化挤出机挤出高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)片材,研究了片材在快速冷却条件下,振动力场对其拉伸性能、结晶度、晶粒尺寸等的影响。结果表明,施加振动力场后,HDPE制品的拉伸性能、熔点和结晶度都得到提高,晶粒尺寸增大,但晶型未发生明显的改变。 HDPE sheets were prepared by electromagnetic dynamic plasticizing extruder and cooled under rapid cooling condition, and the effects of vibration field on the tensile strength properties, crystallinity and grain size of sheets were studied. The result showed that under vibration condition,tensile properties, melting point, crystallinity and grain size of HDPE products increased, but no change took place in crystal form.
