摘要
用溶胶-凝胶法制备了SnO2薄膜,介绍了制膜机理和实验过程,并对制成的样品进行了SEM及XRD分析表征,对其相关的电性能也进行了初步研究,结果认为:用此种方法制得的薄膜致密、连续、光滑,具有很好的电性能,表明了这一领域所进行的研究具有非常广阔的研究前景,为其在光电领域的应用奠定了坚实的基础.
Based on Sol-Gel, XRD result of the powder sample shows that SnO2 is partially crystallized at 600 ℃, and SEM observation indicates that the film is even, continuous and compact at the optimum parameters including concentrations of the precursor （SnCl4 · 5H2O） , stabilizer （ NH3 ） , solvent（ CH3 CH2 OH） , pre-heating and annealing temperature, pressure etc.
