摘要
以提高加工精度及降低产品成本为目的,针对回转刀具传统刃口设计在二轴联动数控加工中遇到的设计与制造方面的难题,在新型刃口设计原理下,对数控加工凹圆弧球头螺旋铣刀的主要环节的关键问题进行了探讨,并推导出了凹圆弧球头铣刀相应的新型刃口曲线方程和轴向与径向进给速度函数.
In order to improve precision, reduce cost and solve the problems about designing and machining of traditional cutting edge design of revolving cutters in the 2-axis ganged NC machining, a novel cutting edge design is applied in this paper, and the key problems of the important links in manufacturing the ball-nosed concave arc helical milling cutter in NC machining are discussed, moreover, the equations of the novel cutting edge and the functions of the axial and radial feeding speeds of ball-nosed concave arc cutter are deduced.
