提高甜菜含糖的基因工程育种策略

摘要 对与植物光合作用、蔗糖代谢和叶片衰老有关的主要基因的功能及转基因植株的表现加以论述,以期为提高甜菜含糖率的基因工程育种研究提供借鉴。 The main genes involving photosynthesis, sucrose metabolism and leaves senescence and the phenotypes of transgenic plant are reviewed inorder to offer reference to breed sugarbeet varieties of high sugar content by genetic engineering.
