猪胰脏冻干粉对肉鸡生长性能的影响

摘要 目的:研究日粮中添加猪胰脏冻干粉对肉鸡生长性能和血液生化指标的影响。方法:择8日龄肉鸡390只,随机分为5组,每组3个重复,每重复26只,5个组分别在基础日粮中添加不同剂量猪胰脏冻干粉。结果:在饲料中添加0.4%猪胰脏冻干粉可提高28日龄肉鸡采食量5.35%、日增重3.96%(P<0.05);猪胰脏冻干粉组血清总蛋白含量偏高,但对提高肉鸡血糖、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量和尿素氮含量没有显著性影响(P>0.05);同时显示,猪胰脏冻干粉可提高肉鸡十二指肠食糜和空肠食糜蛋白酶活性4.41%和14.17%(P<0.05);也显著影响了肉鸡养分表观利用率(P<0.05)。结论:猪胰脏冻干粉具有提高肉鸡生长性能、采食量、食糜蛋白酶活性和日粮能量利用率的作用。 Objective: To study the effects of adding freeze-dried preparations of pig pancreas to diets on performance and serum indicator of broiler. Methods: Three hundred and ninety broilers were randomly distributed into 5 groups, 3 replicates per group, 26 broilers per replicate. The broilers were fed diets containing different levels of freeze-dried preparations of pancreas. Results: Adding 0.4% of At 28d of age, freeze-dry preparations of pig pancreas to diets,the amounts of hunting for food of broilers (aged 28 days) were increased by 5.35%, body weight (BW)/d by 3.96%(P〈0.05 ). Serum protein content in the broilers was increased, but serum glucose, triglyceride, cholesterol, protein content and urea nitrogen were not affected prominently (P〉0.05); activities ofprotease in duodenum and jejunum contents of the broilers were increased by 4.41% and 14.17% (P〈0.05); There was a significant difference in broilers in energy utilization (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The data indicated that freeze-dried preparations of pig pancreas improved performance, daily hunting for food, activities ofprotease in duodenum and jejunum contents and energy utilization of broilers.
