摘要
跨国公司作为世界经济增长的主导力量,在价值链上要求呈现模块化发展态势,这种态势为跨国公司带来了新的利润源泉,并已经形成一种主流模式。研究跨国公司这种模块化的生产方式,对于研究我国产业如何通过模块化与跨国公司在价值链上进行对接,进而推进我国产业升级和提升我国产业国际竞争力具有参考价值。
As a leading factor of the world economic growth, the development of transnational companies demands a modular state, which has brought about a new profit source for transnational companies and has become a mainstream model. The research of the modular production means of transnational companies is of reference value to the research of how the industries of our country can join with transnational companies in value chain through modularization, promote upgrading and advance international competitiveness.
