鄂西地区主要牧草营养品质的分析与评价 被引量:6

摘要 为了评价鄂西山区牧草的营养价值,通过化学分析法研究了8种新鲜牧草和干贮牧草的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维、粗灰分含量和磷/钙。结果表明,新鲜牧草和青贮饲料营养品质优于干贮牧草(或饲料)的营养品质。在新鲜牧草中,紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)、红三叶(Trifolium pretense L.)和白三叶(Trifolium repen L.)营养合理,品质最佳;在干贮牧草(或饲料)中,干萝卜(Raphanus sativus L.)叶营养品质较高。鄂西地区畜牧生产应以新鲜牧草和青贮饲料为主,干贮牧草(或饲料)作为适当补充。 To evaluate the nutritional value of forage,the crude protein content, crude fat content, crude fiber content, crude ash and phosphorus/calcium of the 8 kinds of local forage were studied by chemical analysis. The results show: nutritional quality of fresh forage and silage is superior to dry Storage(or feed). Among fresh forage, Medicago sativa,Trifolium pretense and Trifolium repen are best ; for dry forage,nutritional quality of dry turnip (Raphanus sativus)leaf was higher than that of the others. Fresh grass and silage should be mainly adopted, and dry forage (or feed) was regarded as suitable supplement.
