摘要
威胁评估属于多因素决策问题,涉及的因素很多,而且各因素威胁程度的等级没有明确的界限,具有模糊性。将层次分析法和模糊理论结合起来用于威胁评估,有效地发挥了层次分析法和模糊运算各自的优越性,结合某舰艇防空作战系统给出了该方法的评估过程,对算法进行了示例分析,为作战指挥决策提供了一个更为科学合理的理论方法。
Threat assessment, which belongs to the multi - factor policy making problems, involves many factors. The threat degrees of the factors are fuzzy, for there has not been a clear definition to class them. Associated with fuzzy theories, the AHP （Analytic Hierarchy Process） is applied in threat assessment so that the advantages of both are put to good use. A naval ship＇s aerial defense system is applied to show the assessment process of the method of joint AHP＆ fuzzy theories. In addition, some detailed examples are used for the analysis of the scientific method for the war command decision making.
