摘要
工会主席素质模型是工会干部职业化研究的重要内容。在Tett研究成果的基础上,通过问卷调查的方式,进行本土企业工会主席素质模型研究,并最终确定了工会主席素质模型。素质模型由管理技能、人际沟通、心理特质、工会技能、组织文化和人力技能等六个维度以及40个细分指标构成。
The competency model of chairperson of trade union is an important content of the research on the professionalization of trade union cadres.On the basic of Tett' s research, this paper puts forward the competency model of chairperson of trade union through a questionnaire investigation on chairpersons of trade union in enterprise in China. The competency model contains six dimensionalities such as management skill, communication, psychological characteristics, trade union skill, organizational culture and human resources skill, and forty sub- items
