摘要
"孝治"伦理是中国传统政治伦理的重要特征,它是"家天下"社会政治背景下社会治理的价值追求与模式。在文化国情下,"孝治"伦理对于当代公共治理仍具有重要的资源性价值。然而,在当代社会背景下,"孝治天下"的思想有其自身难以克服的弊端,必然要面临自我扬弃与革故鼎新的使命。实现"孝治"伦理的转型,祛除"家天下"的私德性,赋予其公共伦理的价值指向,是"孝治"伦理成为当代公共治理中的"德治"形式的重要前提。
Chinese traditional ethics of politics were considerably characterized by governing the country by the filial piety ethic. It was the value pursuit and the pattern of social governance in the political background that the emperor regarded the country as his family. Under the country＇ s cultural circumstances, governing the country by the filial piety ethic is of great value to the contemporary public governance. However, in the contemporary social background, the thought of governing the country by the filial piety ethic has its own problem to be overcome, it will inevitably be faced with self-dispensing and innovation in the mission. Realizing the restructuring of governing the country by the filial piety ethic, getting rid of the nature of private morality regarding the country as one＇ s family and giving the value direction of public ethics to governing the country by the filial piety ethic are important premises for governing the country by the filial piety ethic to become the way of the Rule of Virtue in the contemporary public governance.
