摘要
文章针对图书馆改革进程中出现的一些现象，探讨了图书馆改革与管理的关系问题，并从四个方面论述了如何将改革与管理有机结合起来，认为，图书馆深化改革。
Finding some phenomenons in Library reform process,this paper approaches the relationship between the reform and management in Library,and discusses four aspects of combining the reform with the management and considers that the key to deepening the reform and tightening up the management is the leadership of the Party committee.
