摘要
近年来,供应链成本管理已经成为企业致胜的法宝,并已成为理论界和实业界最热门的话题之一,采购供应链成本管理是供应链成本管理的关键。本文在对采购供应链成本管理进行简单介绍的基础之上,提出了针对采购供应链进行成本管理的优化建议,并对采购供应链管理系统的应用前景进行了展望。
In recent years, cost control of supply chain has been became a trump of business success and one of the most hot topics. Cost control of purchasing supply chain is the key of cost control of supply chain. In this paper, on the base of simple introduction for cost control of purchasing supply chain, optimizing suggestions were put forward for it and application prospect of management system of it is expected.
