摘要
针对企业配电网电能质量补偿的工程实际,提出了基于并联注入式混合有源滤波器的谐波治理和无功补偿方案。首先以某铜箔厂为对象,对企业负荷和电能质量补偿要求进行了分析。根据具体要求,研究了逆变器、输出滤波器、基波串联谐振注入支路、无源滤波器等主电路的设计,给出了上位机监控系统和下位机DSP(digital signal processor)控制系统的软硬件设计方案。仿真和实际应用效果表明,文章所提出的方案行之有效,满足企业配电网电能质量补偿工程的实际需要。
According to the practical requirements of power quality compensation for enterprise distribution system, a shunt injection hybrid active filter based scheme for harmonic suppression and reactive power compensation is proposed. Taking the distribution network of a certain copper foil factory for example, the power load of the factory and its requirement of power quality compensation are analyzed. According to concrete requirements, the design of main circuits, such as inverter, output filter, fundamental harmonic series resonance injecting branch and passive filter, are researched; on this basis, a hardware and software design scheme for super-computer supervision system and digital signal processor (DSP) control system of lower-computer is given. Simulation results and actual application effect show that the proposed scheme is effectual and can meet the requirement of power quality compensation for enterprise distribution network.
