摘要
随着经济的发展,人们对印刷品的需求与日俱增,这也为印刷行业带来了很大的发展商机。为此,印刷机供墨环节的自动化问题急需解决;同时对用墨量希望能有准确的计量,以便进行成本核算,提高工作效率和经济效益。介绍了面向印刷厂的集中供墨系统的计算机监控部分。该系统具有自动上墨、罐体容量检测、油墨消耗量的日报和月报、油墨消耗的历史趋势图以及油墨存量的上下限报警等功能。在重庆、西安、南京等多家报社印刷厂的应用效果良好。
Along with the economic development, people＇s increasing demands for printed materials have produced a great business opportunity to printing industry, the problem of automatic ink supplying to printing machine needs to be solved urgently, and an accurate measurement to the quantity of ink consumption is expected in order to improve the working efficiency and economic benefit. The computerized monitoring part of centralized ink supplying system for printing houses has been introduced. The functions of the system include automatic ink supply, the ink tank capacity check, the daily report and monthly report for quantity of printing ink consumption, the historical tendency of the printing ink consumption, and upper/lower alarm of printing ink storage. The application of this system has achieved good effects in many newspapers printing houses of Chongqing, Xi＇an and Nanjing.
