摘要
为了降低功率器件高压大电流连续测试所需电源容量,提出了一种基于功率对冲的新型测试电路。该电路在测试过程中各相瞬时功率之和恒为零,只需要小容量的电源即可对功率器件、功率模块甚至整机进行高压大电流连续测试,从而为检验额定工况下开关器件的电压和电流应力、控制板的抗干扰能力、各元件水冷散热效果以及整个装置的损耗等提供了良好的平台。文中利用该测试电路对自行设计的三电平功率模块及配电网静止同步补偿器整机进行了测试,测试结果与现场运行情况吻合,证明所设计的测试电路与方法能满足高压大功率连续测试要求,具有广泛的应用价值。
A reciprocal charging circuit with a small capacity power source was used for periodic firing and extinction tests of high voltage, large current power switches, power modules, and even whole systems can be carried. Thus, the system provides an ideal way to replicate the rated-state operating condition including switching voltages and current stresses, controller anti-jamming ability, radiator performance, and total system power losses. The test method was utilized to test a three-level NPC converter and the entire DSTATCOM system, The test results agree well with type testing results.
