摘要
针对数控机床操作过程中易出现的碰撞干涉问题,提出了机床动态空间软限位的相关概念及算法。该方法采用"空间-平面-空间"的步骤、以一定的原则对机床的最大运动空间进行分层处理,转化为平面限位计算,之后进行分层方向的投影扩展,最后通过各层的扩展空间相交计算得出最终的动态限位空间。其中平面限位计算采用平面区域点集划分法,并以计算机C语言编程实现。
A method of dynamical spacial software limiting of NC machine tool was proposed to avoid the collision between moving modules and fixed modules. By delaminating the maximum movable space into layers with several principles, the final limit space was calculated with the "space-plane-space" computing steps. In each plane, both of the moving and fixed areas were expressed of point sets, and the secure moving area was calculated by comparing both block-areas with computer language C. The final space was got by "∩" each space which was extended by projecting the secure area of each layer in delaminating direction.
