摘要
通过液相反应合成Al(H_2PO_4)_3,AlCr(H_2PO_4)_5,Al_3Cr(H_2PO_4)_(12)3种粘结剂,对其进行了DTG、IR、XRD分析,研究了磷酸铝和磷酸铝铬粘结剂的低温固化机理。结果表明,Cr的添加一方面,能够加速磷酸铝脱水缩聚,在促进非晶结构形成的同时可抑制磷酸铝的结晶化过程;另一方面,减弱了粘结剂相变过程产生的应力和应变作用,降低了体系的能量,提高了稳定性。
The binders of Al(H2PO4)3, AlCr(H2PO4)5 and Al3Cr(H2PO4)12 were synthesized by liquid reactions. Curing mechanism of aluminum phosphate binder and aluminum-chromium-phosphate binder were studied based on the DTG, IR and XRD measurements. It was found that the presence of Cr, as a filler, in the system enhanced the dehydrolytic condensation of aluminum phosphate. The addition of the Cr fillers also retarded the crystallization of the aluminum phosphate binder to form an amorphous structure, and stabilized the system by weakening the effects of strain and stress and by lowering the system's energy.
