摘要
根据压力式喷雾干燥机所用喷嘴的性能要求,开展了对金属镍钴增强Y-TZP复相陶瓷的研究,采用共沉淀法结合高温氢还原制备含金属Ni、Co的Y-TZP复相陶瓷粉末,经干压成型和烧结得到金属镍钴增强Y-TZP复相陶瓷材料。结果表明:在Ni、Co含量为2%~3%时材料的抗弯曲强度达到1100 MPa以上、同时洛氏硬度(HRA)大于90。采用该材料制备的陶瓷喷嘴,其使用寿命达到硬质合金水平,而性价比优于硬质合金。
Ni/Co was strengthened with Y-TZP ceramic to meet the requirement of the ceramic nozzles used in pressure spray drier. Y-TZP composite powders containing Ni and Co was prepared by chemical co-deposition and hydrogen reduction at high temperature, and they were dry pressed and sintered to get the Ni/Co strengthened Y-TZP composite ceramics. The amount of Ni and Co in the range of 2%~3%, attributed to the bend strength and Rockwell hardness of the composite of 1100 MPa and 90, respectively. Service life of the ceramic nozzle made of such composite was similar to those made of hard alloy, but the performance-cost ratio of the former was higher for the latter.
