阿德福韦酯联合中药治疗慢性乙型肝炎50例被引量：1

摘要目的观察阿德福韦酯联合中药复方治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效。方法将100例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分成两组各50例,治疗组采用口服阿德福韦酯和中药复方,对照组单用阿德福韦酯,疗程12个月。检测肝功能、HBV-DNA、HBV-M、肝纤维化指标,并进行对比分析。结果治疗后6、12个月ALT复常率、12个月HBeAg/HbeAb血清转换率及肝纤维化指标,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿德福韦酯联合中药复方治疗慢性乙型肝炎有协同及增强疗效作用。
