摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下胆道造影的方法和价值。方法腹腔镜胆囊切除术中经胆囊管插管行胆道造影共56例,51例成功,成功率为91%。结果术中发现胆总管结石8例,胆管损伤2例,副肝管1例。结论术中胆道造影操作安全、迅速、显影清晰、成功率高,能发现有无胆道结石、胆管损伤和胆管变异,有效地预防了胆管结石的漏诊,提高了LC的质量,有推广应用价值。
Objective To explore the method and value of intraoperative cholangiography（IOC ）during laparoscopic cholecystectomy （LC）. Methods Intraoperative cholangiography was performed in 56 cases. Results The successful rate was 91% （51 patients）. Intraoperative cholangiography found stones in common bile duct in 8 cases, bile duct injury in 2 cases and abnormal bile duct in one case. Conclusion Intraoperative cholangiogranhy has high successful rate and gives clear image of biliary tree. This technique can find stones in common bile duct and reduce the rate of bile duct injury and improve quality and safety of LC.
