摘要
本文介绍了基于Σ-Δ调制技术的小数分频频率合成的基本原理,对四模分频的原理和控制方法进行了分析讨论,最后采用FPGA实现了Σ-Δ调制小数分频器四模分频控制,该方案应用到某Σ-Δ调制小数分频频率合成器中,获得了良好的相位噪声。
This article introduces the theory of Fractional-N synthesis based on ∑-△ modulation technique, and analyses the theory and control method of quadruple modulus in Fractional-N divider. In the end, the ∑-△ modulation Fractional- N divider based on FPGA realizes the control of quadruple modulus prescaler using the method discussed in this article and obtains good phase noise when used in Fractional-N frequency synthesizer.
