摘要
省会城市有旅游资源优越区与非优区之别,旅游资源非优型省会必然表现出城市旅游"贫血症",它们突破资源瓶颈的途径是以综合实力全面提升城市旅游吸引力。全面提升省会城市旅游吸引力的策略是:充分发挥政府主导作用,调动全市各行各业之力,首先要巧用财政力量;通过营造省会旅游圈等办法,尽快实现从旅游集散中心向旅游中心城市的跨越;走观光、休闲、度假、文体、会展、节事、科教等多种旅游综合配套发展之路;借新城区建设之良机,强化城市旅游功能。
Capital cities enjoy different tourist resources, and naturally the tourist industry of those capital cities without optimal tourist resources is inevitably underdeveloped. The way to break through the bottleneck of tourist resources for these cities is to increase the urban tourist attractions comprehensively. In order to realize the attraction improvement, the government should play the leading role, call on combined efforts of the whole city and make full use of the financial resources so that these cities could develop from tourist distributing centers into tourist centers as soon as possible. Moreover, they could integrate sightseeing, leisure taking, holiday taking, sports, exhibition ＆ conference, festivals ＆ special events, technological tourism into overall development, and enhance the function of urban tourism by the chance of new urban district construction.
