摘要
以含银的废弃YBaCuO化合物为原料,对其中所含的贵金属银进行了回收,并对实验过程中的影响因素进行了分析。银回收的具体方法为:用硝酸法溶解YBaCuO粉末样品,生成硝酸盐溶液,再加入盐酸使生成氯化银沉淀,之后氯化银与Na2CO3在1000℃共熔得到金属银。分析结果证明,过滤得到的氯化银较为纯净,银的纯度为95.86%,银回收率可达92.56%。
The noble metal silver was recovered from waste YBaCuO with silver containing and the effect factors were analyzed. The recovery method was that first, the waste was dissolved by nitric acid and silver chloride was precipitated by adding chloride acid, then silver pig was obtained by melting silver chloride together with sodium carbonate at 1 000℃. The XRD pattern indicated that pure silver chloride was obtained. The chemical analysis proved that the purity of silver was 95.86%. The recovery ratio of silver was 92.56%.
