摘要
12.5 MVA电炉变压器在正常运行中产生两次轻瓦斯气体,从其气相色谱分析、电炉变压器吊芯检查及短网外部结构方面进行综合剖析,查出了故障发生的原因,并采取有效措施排除了故障。
Two times of light gas have been occurred in the 12.5 MVA furnace transformer during normal operation process. By means of the comprehensive analysis on gas chromatography, examining suspended core and external structure of short network, we find out the reasons of faults and effective measures have also been adopted to remove these faults.
