摘要
[目的]探讨阜新市招商引资企业急性职业中毒事故的特点及原因，为更好地制定防治对策与措施提供科学依据。[方法]对阜新市2002-2006年招商引资企业急性职业中毒病例和劳动卫生调查报告资料、勘验结果、临床资料进行整理分析。[结果]2002-2006年阜新市招商引资企业共发生急性职业中毒13起．中毒56人，死亡1人。其中，3人以上重大急性中毒5起。[结论]阜新市招商引资企业急性中毒与恶性事故严重。应加强对劳动者，尤其是青年工人的安全培训教育，建立健全职业卫生档案，依法办理建设项目审查审批手续，完善用人单位的通风排毒设备和安全操作规程，搞好对工人的个体防护。
[Objective]To explore the characteristic and causes of acute occupational poisoning in drumming up business and investment companies in Fuxin, provide scientific basis for the measures of prevention and control. [Methods]Analysis was conducted on data of patients with acute occupational poisoning, investigation report and clinical records in drumming up business and investment companies in Fuxin from 2002 to 2006. [Results]Thirteen instances of acute occupational poisoning were reported in Fuxin from 2002 to 2006.56 patients with acute occupational poisoning were reported and 1 died. Of which there were 5 serious acute occupational poisoning instances involving more than 3 people in each. [Conclusion]The accident of acute occupational poisoning was serious in Fuxin. Safety education for workers especially young workers must be strengthened. Document on occupational hygiene must be filed, formalities on construction project must be gone through legally. Ventilation and ventilator installation must be provided to protect the workers health.
