摘要
[目的]了解梅县县级医疗机构医院感染控制工作现状，为进一步搞好医院感染控制工作和切实有效地保护患者的身体健康提供科学依据。[方法]调查县级医疗机构，按照自制的医院感染控制工作调查表，通过现场询问与检查、核实后登记；收集相关的监测资料报表和数据。[结果]梅县人民医院的压力蒸气灭菌工作达到了规范化的要求，空气细菌和医护人员手的总体合格率偏低，仅为71．3％、83．0％，其他监测项目的合格率91．4％～100．0％。[结论]梅县县级医疗机构医院感染控制工作得到了长足的进步，医院感染发病在容许标准范围内，消毒质量监测工作中存在不足，应对所存在的薄弱环节抓紧落实与完善。
[Objective]To understand the status of the controlling of nosocomial infection in medical institutes in Meixan county, provide scientific basis for control and protect the health of the patients. [Methods]Investigation was conducted in medical institutes in Meixian county. After on-the-spot inquiries and examination,investigation forms were filled in, related supervision materials and data were collected. [Results]The pressure steam sterilizer was up to standard. The qualified rate of the bacteria in air and the professionals hands was relatively low. It was 71.3% and 83.0%. The qualified rate of the other item investigated was 91.4% to 100. 0%. [Conclusion]Nosocomial infection was greatly controlled in Meixian medical Jnstitutes,supervision must be strengthened.
