摘要
分析了形成主体功能区的必要性和内涵,认为形成主体功能区是推动区域协调发展的重大战略性调整,是区域国土资源主体功能互补与开发秩序重组、优化国土开发格局的有力举措。提出了形成主体功能区的政策建议。
The necessity and connotation for forming corpus function areas is analyzed. It is held that forming corpus function areas is an important strategic adjusting for promoting the regional coordinated development, and is an effective measure for improving the corpus function complementary, the development order recombination and the territorial development pattern of the territorial resources. Meanwhile the suggestions of policy about forming corpus function areas are proposed.
