摘要
汽轮机、风机、烟机、发电机作为一个整体,它们相互影响,相互依存。汽轮机调节除了对汽轮机本身的运行有决定性作用,对风机、烟机、电网以及蒸汽系统的运行也有重大的影响。本文主要介绍了汽轮机控制系统的构成,详细论述了汽轮机调速和启停系统的控制原理。结合出现的故障分析了速关组合件的油压控制过程及故障处理方法。
Steam turbine, fan, smoke, generators, as a whole, they affected and in dependence each other. The steam turbine plays a decisive role on the operation of the fan, smoke, power grids, as well as a major impact on the operation of steam system. The paper introduced that the turbine controls the components of system and discussed in details the principle that turbine-speed controls systems and start-up and shutdown. Combined with the fault, analysed that the process about composition of the rapid clearance of the hydraulic control and approach of dealing with the fault.
