摘要
在科学发展观视野下,大学应是观念理性、文化理性、学术理性、管理理性的科学组织。准确的办学定位是大学科学发展的基本前提。和谐的校园文化是大学科学发展的集中体现。真正的学术公平是大学科学发展的突出见证。完善的管理制度是大学科学发展的根本保障。
Under the scientific outlook on development, modern university should be a scientific organization with rationality in concepts, culture, academy as well as management. In terms of its scientific development, the right education-orientation is considered as the basic prerequisite,the harmonious campus-culture as the centralized reflection, the true academy-justice as the striking witness, and the improved management insti- tution as the fundamental gurantee.
