摘要
文章论述了利用ANSYS软件对材料的弹性变形进行有限元分析、用声发射法对刀具磨损进行监测并找出加工环型零件时不能实现自动换刀加工的原因。通过对零件的加工工艺进行分析,将能合并的工步源程序串在一起并在实际加工中得到验证。串编程序的应用降低了生产成本提高了工厂的生产率,为研究环型零件的自动换刀问题奠定了实践基础。
This paper presents a finite element analysis of the elastic deformation of materials through ANSYS software, and a method of monitoring the tool abrasion with acoustic emission, and finds out the cause that the blade can not replaced automatically while machining ring parts. By analysing the machining techinics of ring parts, the original procedures are incorporated and this is confirmed in machining. The application of incorporated procedures lowers production cost and improves factory productivity, whild it lays a practical basis studying automatic blade replacement of ring parts.
