摘要
采用对比分析的方法,通过对美国军用手册217F发布历史的回顾,介绍其可靠性工程背景和可靠性预计软件,讨论217F与国家军用标准299B在可靠性预计总体论述上的差异,比较具体元器件的可靠性模型,指出可靠性预计的作用和局限性,并探讨在军用标准中引入开放系统思想。
Adopt comparison analyzing, through history review of the Mil-HDBK 217F's issue, the background of reliability engineering and reliability prediction software were introduced. Difference between 217F and 299B of the reliability prediction in overall situation was discussed. We compared the reliability prediction models of primary devices, along with introduced the role and limitation of reliability prediction, and adoption of open system idea in military standard.
